Red Velvet Catering & Events is the vision of the owner/executive chef, Angela R. Foster. The company was birthed out of a passion for cooking and serving delicious cuisine and as a result of frequent request from family and friends to take her passion to another level.
After realizing that her passion was also a God-given gift, Red Velvet Catering & Events began part time in late 2000. After successfully operating part time for 5 years and simultaneously working full time in a corporate environment, she took a leap of faith and the company transitioned into operating full time in January 2005.
It is her belief and faith in God that shows success can be achieved through tenacity, dedication, impeccable customer service, immaculate presentation, attention to every detail and a passion for cooking great cuisine.
