Our Story
Red Velvet Catering & Events, LLC is the vision of the owner/executive chef, Angela R. Foster. The company was birthed out of a passion for cooking and serving delicious cuisine and as a result of frequent requests from family and friends to take her passion to another level.
After realizing that her passion was also a God-given gift, Red Velvet Catering & Events, LLC began part time in late 2000. After successfully operating part time for 6 years while simultaneously working full time in an executive corporate environment, she took a leap of faith and the company transitioned into operating full time in January 2006.
It is her belief and faith in God that shows success can be achieved through tenacity, dedication, impeccable customer service, immaculate presentation, attention to every detail and a passion for cooking great cuisine.
